Copeland was my favorite band when I was 18. All it took were the opening notes to the song "Walking Downtown" and I was immediately hooked.
Their CD "Beneath Medicine Tree" is still one of my favorites. Just lovely, catchy melodic rock. The perfect soundtrack to accompany my languishing teenage heart. I saw them play at least twice in the old teen center/sometimes concert venue in my hometown. Somewhere I've got a picture of me and their bass player/the guy who sold me this shirt.
